Rachel Dellefield is a Certified Kettlebell Coach and personal trainer in Los Angeles. After receiving her NASM CPT and teaching group fitness part-time for two years, she left her high-stress corporate job in February 2020 to begin her career working as a Personal Trainer full time and hasn’t looked back since. In May of 2022, Rachel completed a four-month kettlebell coach mentorship and in April of 2023, Rachel obtained her StrongFirst Level 1 Kettlebell Certification learning from worldwide industry leaders. She is also a Dynamic Sports Performance Certified Coach and 300-hour registered yoga teacher.

Rachel has athletic roots, having played softball for 13 years. As a young catcher, she experienced chronic back pain and was introduced to strength training to be better equipped to manage her pain. This quickly reinforced the necessity and value of bridging the gap between rehab and training. Since then, she’s considered herself a student of strength. She aims to empower her clients towards resiliency and allow them to discover for themselves all that they can do. She truly believes that fitness and the ability to move is transformational and she feels lucky to share this with others.

In her spare time, you can find Rachel at the beach with a cup of coffee and a book in each hand. She loves to travel with her husband (she’s now been to more countries than states) and while her dance moves are subpar, that doesn’t stop her from breaking out into song and dance sporadically.
